Upon hearing of the appeale of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of st. Michael
Bassishaw London against an Order under the
hands & seales of Anthony wroth< no role > & Valentine Hilder< no role > Esqrs. two of his Maties Justices of the
peace for the County of Middx ( Quorum
unus) bearing date the thirteenth day of
August last whereby Henry Dowell< no role > son of
Henry Dowell< no role > deced by his wife Mary< no role > deced
aged about eight yeares was removed from the
parish of St. Andrew Holborn above the Barrs in
the said County of Middx to the said parish of
St. Michael Bassishaw London as the place of the
last legal settlemt. of the sd Henry Dowell< no role > And
upon hearing of what was alledged by Councell
for the Inhabitants of the said parish of st.
Andrew Holborne above the Barrs and alsoe by
Councell for the Inhabitants of the sd parish of
St. Michael Bassishaw This Court doth disallow of
the said appeale And doth ratify & confirm the
aforesaid Order of the the said two Justices of the peace,
and the same is hereby ratifyed & confirmed accordingly,
And this Court doth require the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the pepr of the sd parish of St. Michael Brissishaw & all persons
concerned to yeild due obedience thereunto
