To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middx in their General
Quarter sessions Assembled

The humble Peticon and appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. James within the Libty
of westmr . in the County of middx

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or order under the hands
and seals of John Miller< no role > and Richard Gifford< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx aforesaid
(Quor unus) bearing date the Fourteenth day of August last
Martha Whittle< no role > wife of Charles Whittle< no role > and Martha< no role > their
Child were removed from the Parish of St. Giles's in the Fields in the
said County of middx to the sd. Parish of St. James whereby your
Petrs. think themselves aggreived

Therefore they humbly appeal to your worships
against the Adjudgement of the said two Justices and pray your
Worships will be pleased to order that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the sd. Parish of St. [..] in the Fields and
All Other Persons Concerned do attend the Court some day in
this Present Session to hear and abide the Judgement and
Determinacon of this Court touching the said appeal
