The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Sepulchre
in the said County

Sheweth

That by a Warrant of removall under the hands and Seals
of John Kirby< no role > and Bastwick Johnson< no role > Esquires two of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlx (Quor unus) bearing date the Eighth
day of January instant One George Wood< no role > was removed and Conveyed
from the Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell in the said County to the Parish of
Saint Sepulchre in the County aforesaid as the Place of the last legall
Settlement of the said George Wood< no role >

That your Petr. apprehending themselves agrieved by the Order of
the said two Justices humbly Appeal to this Court against the
same.

Therefore your Petr. most humbly prays this Court will
be pleased to appoint a day sometime this present General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace and to Order that the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the sa [..]
Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell and all other parish
concerned may attend this Court to hear and abide the
final Arbitrament and Determination of this Court
touching the Matter of this Appeal
