Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Dunstan in the West London
exhibited their humble peticon & appeale unto
this Court at this present Generall Quarter

Sessions of the peace holden for this County of Middx
on Wednesday in the Week next after the Feast
of the Epiphany (to witt) the twelfth day of
January instant setting forth that by an Order
under the hands & seales of John Milner< no role > &
John Ellis< no role > two of his Maties. Justices of the peace
(Quorum unus) bearing date the twenty fourth
day of December last Ann singer< no role > Singlewoman
was removed from the parish of St. Giles in
the feilds to the said parish of St. Dunstan in
the West London as the place of her last
legall settlement, And that the Petrs. thought
themselves aggreived by the Order of the said
two Justices And did Appeale from the sd. Order
to the Judgmt. of this Court Which appeale was
