Whereas Complaint hath benn made unto us Two of his Majties. Justices
of the peace for the said County (Quor un.) by the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. Mary White Chappel in the said County
that John Hendrick Stevens< no role > with Sarah < no role > his Wife & Two Children (Vizt)
John < no role > aged about Three years & Ann< no role > aged about eight [..] months
the Lawfull Isue of the said John Hendrick Stevens< no role > & Sarah< no role > his
Wife are lately come into the said Parish endeavouring to settle
there Contrary to Law & that they are likely to become Chargeable
to the said Parish Wee the said Justices upon Examinacon of the
premises & of Robert Lyth< no role > upon Oath do adjudge the Same to be
true & that the last place of the Legall Settlement of the John
Hendrick Stevens
< no role > sarah< no role > his wife & Two Children is in the Parish of
St. Martins Vintry in the Citty of London

These are therefore in his Majties. name to require you
& every of you upon sigh thereof to remove & Convey the said John
Hendrick stevens
< no role > to [..] fe & Two Children from & out of the
said parish of St. Ma [..] ppel to the said Parish of St. Martins
Vintry & them Delivered [..] the Churchwns & Overseers of the poor
there or to one of them together with present who are lewby
required to receive & provide for them according to Law Givell
under our hands & Seals the 8th: Day of January Anno Din 1725

To the Churchwns & Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St: Mary White
Chappel in the County of Midlx: And to the Churchwns & Overseers
of the poor of the Parish of St. Martins Vintry in the Citty of London
