Court doth think proper And doth according [..]
Order that the Condicon of Recognizances to
prosecute & give evidence against offenders
forfor felony, burglary or other capitall
offences by them comitted in this County be
in the forme hereunder written (vizt.)

The Condicon of this Recognizance is

doe personally appeare at the next Generall
Sessions of the peace to be holden

for the County of Middx and then &
there prosecute the Law with effect and
give evidence on his Maties. behalfe upon
a Bill of Indictmt. to be exhibited by
them to the Grand Jury against y:z:

And in case the said Bill be found and
reterned by the Grand Jury to be a
true Bill That then if the sd: A: B: C [..]
doe personally appeare at the now next
Sessions of Goal Delivery of Newgate to
be holden for the sd County and then &
there prosecute & give evidence against
the sd Y: Z: upon the sd Indictmt. Then
this Recognizance to be voyd or el [..] to
remaine in full force
