To the Right Worpfull his Maties Justices of the peace for
the County of Middx in Quarter Sessions Assembled.

The humble peticon & Appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poore of the Parish of St. Anne within
Aldersgate in the City of London.

Sheweth


That by a Warrt. or Order dated the Seventh day of December last
under the hands and Seales of John Milner< no role > Esquire & William Huck< no role >
Esqr . two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
(quor Unus) One William Warner< no role > Elizabeth< no role > This name instance is in set 333334. his Wife & their two
Children Elizabeth< no role > Aged Nine Years and hannah< no role > abt fourteen
Months were removed from the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in
the said County to the said Parish of St. Anne within Aldersgate al
the place of their Legall Settlemt. which Order was not delivered to
yor. peticoners till Saterday the Eighth day of this Instant January

That Yor. peticoners find themselves aggreived by the said Order of
the sd. two Justices & humbly Appeale to this Court against the Same

Yor. Peticoners & Appelants therefore pray that
this Court will be pleased in regard of the Short
Notice Yor. Peticoners have had of the said Order
to Appoint a day att the beginning of the next
Sessions or att the Adjournmt. of this present
Sessions for the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poore of the said Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields and all other persons concerned to Attend &
to heare and a bide by the Judgmt. & determinacon
of this Court Upon and touching the Matter of the
said Appeale & that Yor. Peticoners & Appellts.
may be releived According to Law and Justice

And Yor. Peticoners shall pray Etc
