Upon heareing of the appeale of the Churchwardens
& overseers of the poor of the parish of St. paul
Covent Garden in this County against an Order-
Under the hands of John Fuller< no role > & Alexander
ward
< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties Justices of the peace for
the said County (Quorum Unus) beareing date the
second day of September last whereby winfred Ipson< no role > called in the sd. Order winfred-
Ipson
< no role > was removed from the parish of St. Giles-
without Cripplegate in this County to the said-
parish of St. Paul Covent Garden being called
in the said Order the parish of St. Paul Covent-
Garden in the Liberty of Westminster as the place
of her last legall settlement (the hearing and
determining of which appeale was by Order made-
at the last Generall quarter Sessions of the peace
holder for this County by adjornmt. on Friday the
fifteenth day of October now last past adjourned-
Untill this present Generall sessions of the peace-
holden for the same County) And Upon hearing-
of what was alledged by Councell for the
Inhabitants of the said parish of St.paul Covent-
Garden & alsoe by
Giles without Cripplegate &
alsoe by Councell for the Inhabitants of the sd. parish
of St. Paul Covent Garden, And upon examinacon of
severall persons Upon their Oaths touching the matter
