Whereas Complaint hath been made into us two of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx
-
(Quour un) by the Church-wardens and Overseers of the
Poore of the parish of East Bedfont in the said County
that Elizabeth Symms< no role >
Singlewoman
hath lately intended-
herself into their said Parish of East Bedfont
contrary
to Law, And it appareing unto us the said Justices that
the said Elizabeth Symms < no role >
is become Chargeable to the
said Parish of East-Bedfont And whereas upon
Examinacon taken upon Oath it further appeareth
unto us and Wee Doe Adjudge that the panoh of
Heston
in the said County of Middlesex
& the place of
the last legall Settlement of the said Elizabeth Symms< no role >

And Doe therefore in his Majesties name Charge & Command-
the Church-wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said-
Parish of East-Bedfont forthwith to Remove & Convey
the said Elizabeth Symms< no role >
from their said Parish of
East-Bedfont
to the said Parish of Heston
And
Deliver her to the Church wardens and Overseers of the
Poore there or to Some or one of them together with
this Warrant or Order, or true Coppy thereof, who are
hereby required to Receive her unto their Care and
Provide for her according to Law Given under our
hands and Seals this Twenty Fourth day of
November in the twelfth pare of the regine of our
Sovereigne Lord King George Annog Dui 1725
To the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
East-Bedfont in the County of Middlesex, And To the Church-wardens
and Overseers of the Poore of the parish of Heston in the said County
and to every of them.
