To the Worshippfull his Majties Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex assembled in Sessions at Hicks Hall
St. John's Street in and for the said County.

The humble Memorial and Certificate
of us whose names are her unto subscribed Inhabitants of the Parish of Endfeild and places
adjastut in the County of Middlesex

That John Sparks< no role > one of the Constables of Endfeild aforesaid
and petr. to this Court to pass the Vagrants for the County of Middlesex is a very honest
industrions and Soberman and one who had been an Inhabitant of the parish of Endfeild
near Thirty years always taking care to provide and gett a maintnance for his Family
in an honest and Commendable manner.

And that the said John Sparke< no role > is a Man Qualified and fitt
to seror the County in passing vagrants and study beggars from out of this County of
Middlesex to other Counties he having Officiated in that station for some years past having
an house fitt to receive vagrants and keeping an Horst to Convey them In Testimony
where of we have here unto self our hands this Thirtieth day of November 1725 .
