his Maties Justices of the Peace for the City & Liberty

and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Margt.

Intruded and lately come to Inhabit within your
said parish Contrary to Law and that she is
[..] become Chargeable to your said Parish

Wee the said Justices upon Examination
of the Premisses taken before us upon Oath and

and do also Adjudge that the place of the last. Legall
settlement of the said Kathrine Taylor< no role >

is in the said Parish of Sherborn in ye. County of Dorset
[..] These are therefore in his Maties name
to require you or fight hereof to remove & Convey
the said Kathrine Taylor< no role >

from out of your said Parish of St. Margt. Westminster
to the said parish of Sherborn in me [..]
Dorset [..] aforesaid
and deliver her unto the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor there or some or one of them who are
hereby required to receive and for abide for her
according to Law. Given under our hands and Seals
