veneris scilt tricesimo primo die May anno regni Dni
Georgy nunc Regis Magne Britannie Etc nono

Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the Parish of St. Sepulchre London Exhited their
humble Peticon & appeale unto the Court of the last
Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden for the
County of Middx by adjornmt. on the twenty third
day of April last settingforth that William Hare< no role >
Margaret < no role > his wife and Elizabeth < no role > William < no role > & Margaret < no role >
their three children by vertue of a Warrant under
the hands & seales of two of his Maties. Justices of the
peace for the sd County of Middx one being of the
Quorum beareing date the twenty sixth day of March
then last were removed from the Liberty of [..]
Glass house yard in the Parish of St. Botolph without
Aldersgate in the sd. County of Middx to the said
parish of St. Sepulchre London as the place of
their last legall settlemt. And that the Petrs. conceived
themselves aggreived by the Judgmt. of the sd. two
Justices, and appealed therefrom to the sd. Court
which appeale was [..] appointed to be heard by
the same Court on [..] Friday the twenty sixth day of
the same Month of April , And by Order then
made by the same Court on heareing of Councell
on both sides the [..] determining of the
said appeale was adjorned untill this present Generll.
Sessions of the peace held for this County, And by
consent of the said Councell on both sides It was
further Ordered by the said Court that in case the said
appeale should be allowed the consideracon of the
costs on accompt of maintaining the sd William Hare< no role >
