The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Margt. Westmr. in ye. sd. County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrt. under the
hands and Seals of Felix Feast< no role > and Matt. Hewitt< no role >
Esqrs . two of his Maties Justices of the Peace of
and for the said County of Middx bearing Date
the One & Thirtieth [..] day of May last , Eleazer
Gibbon< no role > and Mary < no role > his Wife with his four Children
Thomas < no role > , William < no role > , Mary < no role > , and Eleazer < no role > was removed
from and out of the parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate in the said County to the said
Parish of St. Margt. Westmr. as the place of
their Lawfull Settlemt.

That your Petrs. thinking themselves
agrieved by the Judgment of the said two Justices
humbly appeal to your Worshipps agst. the same

Therefore humbly pray your Worships
will please to Order, That the Church-
-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate may attend this Court some
Day this Quarter Sessions to hear and
abide the final Detirmination of this
Court touching the said Appeal.
