The humble Petition & appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of All hallows on
London Wall

Sheweth

That by a pass Warrant or order under the hands and Seals of George
Bourne< no role > and Abraham Addams< no role > Esqr two of his Maties Justices
of the peace sd: [..] County of middx (Quor unus) bearing date the
22d day of June last past one John a bastard Child aged about
two years was removed from the parish of Enfeild in the said
County of Middx unto the said Parish of All hallows on
London Wall as the place of his last legal settlement

That your petition conceiving themselves aggrieve
by the said Warrant or order of the said two Justices
do humbly appeal to your Wopps there from and
pray your worpps will be pleased to hear them in
the prmisses and order That the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Enfeild
may appear before you at a certain Day to hear and
abide the Judgment & determinacon of your worpps
touching this Appeal
