That by Warrant under the hands and Seales of John Fuller< no role >
and Alex Ward< no role > Esqrs two of his Majties. Justices of the peace for the
said County (quor unus) bearing date the fifth day of February
1719 . Mary Cock< no role > wife of Robert Cock< no role > with Nathaniel< no role > about one
yeare and an halfe old and Mary< no role > about three yeares and an
halfe old the Children of the sd. Robt. Cock< no role > and Mary< no role > his wife
were past on yor. Petrs. from the parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate in the sd. County as the place of their last Legall
Settlement

That yor. Petrs. apprehend themselfes aggreived
by the order of the sd. two Justices and humbly appeale to yor.
Worpps therefrom

Yor. Petrs. therefore humbly pray Yor.
Worpps. to appoint a day to heare and
determine the sd. Appeale
