in the Fields
forthwith to remove & convey the Said

from the Said Parish of St
Giles in the Fields
to the Said parish of St Bridget als Brides
And deliver him to the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor there or to Some or one of them who are hereby
required to receive him into their care & provide for him
according to Law Given under Our hands & Seals this eleventh
