Shorditch in the County of Middlesex Widow

Humbly Sheweth that yor.
Petitionr. is a Poor widow Woman and keeps
a little shop to sell Chandlery ware towards
my maintenance and being told I must
pay to the Poor which Sum not able to do,
Most humbly be such your Worships, will
please to take my case into your consideration
and Order that I may be cas'd of the Same not
being able to pay etc.
