the said County of Middx to the said Parish of Soldan in the said
County of Oxon as the Place of their last legall Settlement And
that the said Appellants conceived themselves aggreived by the said
order and appealed against the Same Itt was ordered by this Court
that the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poore of the said
Parish of St; Giles in the Feilds and all other persons concerned
should attend this Court on the eighteenth day of January Instant
to heare and abide the Judgment and determinacon of this
Court touching the said Appeale, the hearing of which appeale
was by order of this Court, adjourned untill this nineteenth day
of January Instant Now upon mocon made into this Court by Mr;
Baynes of Councell for the said Appellants who prayed that the
hearing of the said appeale may further be adjourned and offered
severall reasons for that purpose And upon hearing Mr; Serjt;
Darnall of Councell for the Church-wardens and Overseers of the
Poore of the said Parish of St; Giles in the Feilds who opposed
the Same, alleading that the said Penelope Flowers< no role > and her said
Children are now in the said Parish, of St: Giles in the Feilds
frequently begging releife of the Inhabitants there and of great
inconvenience to them by the default of the said Appellants in not
provideing for them according to Law, Whereupon and upon hearing
of what was further alleadged on either side, Itt [..] is ordered by
this Court, that (on the said Appellants payment of fourty Shillings
