The humble Peticon & Appeal of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St John
at Hackney in the said County.

Sheweth

That by Warrt or Order under the hands & Seals of Saml.
Benson< no role > & Alexander Pitfeild< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties
Justices of the Peace for the said County (quor unus)
bearing date on or about the 2d day of February last
Ruth Dymoke< no role > wid . was removed from the Hamblet of
Bethnal Green in this County to the sd Parish of St John
at Hackney as the Place of her last legal Setlemt

Yor Petrs finding themselves agrieved by the said Order
of the said two Justices humbly appeal to this Court
agt the same

And For asmuch as yor Petrs cannot be ready at this
Present Quarter Sessions to maintain & make good their
said Appeal humbly Pray the benefit of the said
Appeal may be saved to them untill the next Genll
Qur Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the sd County
and that this Court would appoint a day at the sd
next Qur Sessions for all Parties concerned to attend
in Order to abide the Judgmt & detminacon of that
Court touching the sd Appeal
