To all Constables Head bouroughs & other his Majsts Officers
and Minister wth in the County of Middlesex and to every of
them whom it may concern.

These are to will and require and in His Majesties name to
charge & Command yo upon right hereof to being before us and
others his Majesties Justices oftheOyer and Terminer of the
County aforesaide at the Sessions of Oyer & Terminer now
holden at Hicks Hall in St Johns Street in and for the said
County the Body of Mary Stone< no role > who Stands Indicted
for Wickedly & boldly drinking to the health of the
Pretender

(If the Court there be then sitting) it not before us or Some
others of his Majesties Justices of Oyer & Terminer of the
Same County to find Sufficient Sureties for her personall
Apperance at this present Sessions to answer the Same and all
such other matters as on his Majesties Behalfe shall be objected
against her and if the Cannot be taken dureing this Present Sessions
that then so Some after as the Shall be taken that you bring or
cause her to be brought before us or Some others of his
Majesties Justices of Oyer & Terminer of the Saide Countey
to find Sufficient Sureties for her personall Appearance at
the next Sessions of Oyer & Terminer to be holden for the
saide County to answer as aforesaid and further to be dealt with
all according to Justice here of ye are not to fuilt at your peccills
dated in open Sessions at Hicks Hall aforesaid this 4th day
of May in ye year of Our Lord 1717
