The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St: Paul
Covent Garden in the said County.

Sheweth

That by Warrant or Order dated ye. 1st: day of April
last Under the hands and Seals of Michael Crake< no role > and William Conne< no role >
Esqrs : two of his Maties: Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx
(Quor. Unns) William Whitlow< no role > was removed from the Parish of St:
Martin in the Fields in the said County of Middx to the said Parish of
St: Paul Covent Garden as the Place of his last Legall Settlement

That Yor: Petrs: find themselves Agreived by the Sd. Warrant
or Order of the said two Justices. And humbly Appeal against the
Same to this Honble. Court.

Your Petrs: therefore humbly Pray Your Worps.
will be Pleased to Order the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of St: Martin in the Fields
And All other Persons Concern'd to Attend this Court
Some day this present Sessions to hear and abide the
Judgment and Determmacon of this Court Upon and
touching the said Appeal, And that Yor: Petrs: may have
Such relief here in As to Yor: Worps. Shall Seem meet Etc.
