This Cpt being informed by severall Inhitants of this County that
not with Standing the severall complaints by them made to his now
Maties. Justices of the peace for the sd. County agt. such Psons as
dayly comitt great Nusances in the publique streets within
the weekly bills of mortality in this County by opening their
Cellar doors & bringing their shop bounds into the footways & by driving wheelbarrows & by placeing of stalls Chairs stands,
wheelbarrows basketts of fruit & other goods in the publique
streets lanes & passages & of other
[..] like offences, & agt. Such Inhitants of this County
who suffer the pavemts. before their doors to be in decay
for want of repaire

Headboroughs of this County who Pmitt & suffer severall
idle & disorderly Psons to assemble in the publique streets
lanes & passages. & to sing & disperse Seditions songs
ballads & pamphletts reflecting on his matie & his Governmt.
and alsoe Pmitt severall Inhitants within this County to
keep gaineing houses & disorderly victualling houses and to
entertain severall lewd & disorderly Psons at unseasonable
hours, and alsoe Pmitt severall Psons blind lame or Prtending
soe to be,
