Upon reading the humble peticon & appeale of the
Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor of the hamblett
of Hammersmith in this County exhibited unto this Court
settingforth that by warrant under the hands & seales
of Richard woodward< no role > & Moses Goodyear< no role > Esqrs . two of his
Maties. Justices of the peace for the said County (Quorum
unns) beareing date the seven & twentyeth day of
August last one Martha Crosby< no role > with her three children
Martha< no role > Elizabeth< no role > & Susan< no role > were passed from the parish
of Fulham in the said County to the said hamblett of
Hammersmith as the place of their last legall settlemt.
And that the Petrs. think themselves aggreived with the
Judgmt. of the said two Justices and appeale to this Court
against the said warrant [..] This Court upon
severall reasons offered Doth Order that the benefit of
the said appeale be saved unto the said Appellants,
and that the hearing & determining thereof be
adjorned untill the next Generall [..] sessions
of the peace to be held for this County, And that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish
of Fulham upon notice of this Order & all other
persons concerned doe, attend his Maties. Justices of
the peace for this County at the next Generall session
of the peace to be held for the sd. County by adjornmt.
on Tuesday the fourth day of December next at ten
of the clock in the forenoon to heare & abide their
Judgmt. & determinacon touching the said appeale.
