late Overseers of the poor of the sd parish, and alsoe for
John Harris< no role > & William Rawlinson< no role > [..]
[..] present Overseers of the poor of the sd parish and
likewise for Thomas Gearing< no role > William Judd< no role > James Bull< no role >
william pattenden other Inhabitants of the same parish in the sd. order named who
alledged that the aforesaid accompt of the sd John King< no role > is
not yet taken, and that it had been found & is very difficult
to obtain a meeting of five of the said Justices of the peace
together to take the same, and that by wason thereof, and
that such accompt is very intricate & perplexed the same
could not be taken & stated within the time limitted by
the said Order of made on the fifteenth day of May last, It
was therefore prayed that the time limitted by the sd
order for takeing such acct. may be enlarged untill the
next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held
for this County, And that any five of the said Justices of the
peace may be authorized by this Court to inspect examin &
take such accompt, and to certify a true state thereof and
their opinions touching the premisses unto his Maties. Justices
of the peace for this County at the said next Quarter
Sessions, which this Court held reasonable and doth
Order the same accordingly, And to the end that such
accompt may be duely inspected & taken as aforesaid It
is further Ordered by this Court that the said John King< no role >
& all other persons concerned doe for that purpose attend
the Justices of the peace above named or any five of them
at such times & places as they shall appoint.
