To the Church-wardens and Over-Seers if
the Poor of the parish of Chelsea, in the County
of Middlesex, and also to the Church-wardens, and
Over-Seers of the Poor of St. Anne's parish, West [..]
in the Said County, and to every, or any of them.

Whereas it appeareth unto us, two of his Maties. Justices
of the Peace for the Said County of Middlesex, (Quorum Unns)
upon the Compll. of the Church-wardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of Chelsea aforesaid, That Henry King< no role > , an Infant,
aged about twelve Months, and Nursed with Elizabeth Harwood< no role > ,
of our Said parish, was some time Since brought into the Said
parish of Chelsea , and there left; not having any legal Settlemt.
there; and we the Said Justices do adjudge, that the said Henry
King
< no role > is likely to become chargeable to the Said parish of Chelsea
if not Speedily prevented, and whereas it further appears by the
Information of Elizabeth Harwood< no role > aforesaid the the Said
Henry King< no role > was born and baptizd. at St. Anne 's aforesaid,
We therefore the Said Justices, do adjudge and deem the Said
parish of St. Anne ; to be the place of the last Legal Settlmt
of the Said Henry King< no role > , the Said Infant.

These are therefore in his Maties. Name, to require
you on Sight hereof, to pass, remove & convey the
Said Henry King< no role > an Infant, from & out of the
Said Parish of Chelsea , the next way to the Said
parish of St. Anne ; and him deliver to the
Church-wardens & Over-Seers of the Poor there
or to Some or one of them, together with this
Precept; who are hereby required him to received
and provide for, as his Occasions shall require; untill they
can free themselves from the charge thereof by due
Course of Law; and for so doing this shall be your war
rant. Given under our hands & Seals this Seventh
day of September, Anno Dom. 1716 .
