warden & Overseers of the poor of the Hamlett of
Hammersmith in the Said County

Sheweth

That by warrant under the hands & Seals of Richard
Woodward< no role > & Moses Goodyear< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties: Justices
of the Peace for the said County (Quorunns) bearing date
the Seven & twenteeth day of August last one Martha Crosby< no role >
wth her three Children Martha< no role > Elizabeth< no role > & Susan< no role > were
passed from the parish of Fulham [..] in the Said County
to the Said Hamlet of HammerSmith as the place of their
last legall Settlement

Your peticonrs thinks themselves aggrieved
wth the Judgment of the said two Justices
appeale to this Court & humbly pray that
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the parish of Fulham & all other parties
concerned herein may be Ordered to attend
this Court Some day the next Sessions to
hear & abide the Judgment & determination
of this Court upon & touching this Appeale
