It is Ordered by this Cort that the prsent Ch: wdens. & [..] of the poor of the sd parish & every of them doe in their resp [..] that the respective Officers for the Said Years 1707 1708 1709 & 1710 who
Divisions forthwth. repair to the dwelling houses of such of the Inhabitants of the sd parish as have [..]
been rated & assessed to the reliefe of the poor there for the sd Yrs. 1707: 1708: 1709 & 1710 & have not
in the said Peticon are represented to have bin remiss & neglegent in their dutys & not to
pd the severall Sumes of money assessed upon them and demand of the sd Inhitants the sever [..]
sumes assessed upon them & now in arr [..] : & unpd. And that the [..] Scavengr trve yors. of the high ways
within the sd Parish & the Collector. of the moneys assessed for the repair of Chersey bridge,
have truly collected the Said respective rates do forthwith upon notice of this Order goe &
this County for the yrs. aforesd doe likewise forthwth. repair to the dwelling houses of Such of the
Inhitants of the sd parish of st. Giles in the feilds as have been assessed either towes the repair
the high ways within the sd parish & towes. the repr. of the Sd bridge & sd soe to the scavengers as rate us the Yrs [..] [..] aforesd & [..]
demand the Sevrall & respective unter of the Sewall & respective Inhabitants who are in
pet in arrr. & unpd And hee sd respciece Officers are hereby required [..]
Arreare & have not paid the same, And what ever money the Said Officers any or
have not prd. the severall sumes of money assessed upon them, and demand of the sd Inhitants the [..]

Officers are hereby required to

Either of them Shall receive that they imediately pay the Same to the prsent Churchwardens
of the Said parish for the use of the Poor of the Said And that theygive An Account< no role >
tothe GenthHer Maties: Justices of the Peace for the Said County Inhiting in the said parish
of the names of all Such persons that Shall neglect or refuse to pay the Said Servall
& respective Rates or any & what part of them,And it is hereby recomended to all & every
Her Maties Justices of the Peace for the said County residing & Inhiting in the Said
to the end the pd Justices of the peace may forthwth.
parish that they doe their duty And they are hereby Ordered to Wgrant Warrants of
such of the sd Inhitants as the refuse to Pay the Severall Sumes of money assessed upon
Distress against them for the purposes aforesd And put the laws [..] Offenders in Such cases [..] ded effectually in execuconall & every Person & Persons whatsoever Inhabiting in the Said Parish
as by law they are obliged doe And hereof the sd severall Parish Officers are not to
faile he as they & every of them will answer the contrary at their peril.

the Same upon demand
