WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, whose Hands and
Seals are hereunto set, Two of Her Majesties Justices of the
Peace of theCounty of Middx

herselfthere, without giving Notice in Writing to the said
Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them of the House
ofherabode in the saidParishaccording to
the Statute in that Case made and provided: And that it also appears unto
us by the Complaint of the said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the saidParishofSt. Paul Shadwell
thatShe is
likely to become chargeable to the saidParishAnd, whereas it ap-
peareth unto Us the said Justices, upon the Oath of the saidJane Miller and
alsoe by certificate Under the hands of the sd Church wardens and ever

of the poor of the Town and parish of Woolwich in the County of Heat
thatShe waslast legally settled in theSd. ParishofWoolwich
in the sayd County of Kent and had payd all parochiall taxes there
and has gained noe other legall Settlement Since There fore Wee
doe adjudge her to be last legally Settled att Woolwich aforesayd
These are therefore in Her Majesties Name straitly to Charge and Com-
mand you, and every of you, forthwith, upon sight hereof, to remove and
convey the saidJane Miller out of the sayd parish of St. Paul
Shadwell in the County of Middx unto the sd. parish of Woolwich
in the sayd County of Kent
and deliverherunto the Church-Wardens, and Overseers of the
Poor there, who are hereby required to provide forher
according to Law: Hereof fail not at your Perils, Given under our Hands
and Seals, the25thday ofAprill Ano Din 1711
