Upon rending the humble pencon of Jon. Sabatier< no role >
Jeffery Nash< no role > exhited unto this Cort settingforth
that for the yeare last past they served the Office of
Surveyor. of the high ways for the Dutchy Libty in
the strand in the parish of st Clemt. Danes in this
County, and that dwreing the time of their sd Office
they did disburse & lay out ninety pounds & upwds, in
mending & repaireing the Libty pavemts. & new building
Strand bridge & repaireing the caseway there, And
that the Petrs. produced their workmens bills att the
Vestry in order to have an Order at a Speciall Sessions
at Bloomsbury for a rate, but the Ch: wdens. of the sd. parish
refused to sign such bills, It was the afore prayed
by the Petrs. that this Cort would be pleased to Order
that the Ch: wdens. might appeare in this Cort. to there
cause why they refused to sign the sd, bills wherupon [..]
