of the names of all Such persons that Shall neglect or refuse to Pay the Said Servall
& respective Rates or any & what part of them,And it is hereby recomended to all & every
Her Maties Justices of the Peace for the Said County residing & Inhiting in the Said
to the end the Sd Justices of the peace may forthwth.
Parish that thy doe their duty And they are hereby Ordered to [..] grant Warrants of
Distress against such of the sd Inhitants as to refuse to pay the sevrall Sumes if money assessed upon
them for the purposes aforesd And put the laws [..] offender us Such cases [..] effectually in execuconnall & every Person & persons whatsoever Inhabiting in the Said Parish
as by law they are obliged to doe And hereof the sd Severall Parish Officers are not to
faile as they & every of them will answer the contrary at their peril.
