Unto Us the Said Justices by the Oath of Richard

the Said William Newton the Father of the Said
Children was Last Legally Settled in the pish
of Cheshunt in the County of Heartford where
he bought a Freehold Estate & Voted for a
Member to Serve in Parliament & Said Pish
Dutys to the Church & poor there & Never gained
any other Settlement Since And Upon a Strict
Examination we can find we other Settlement
therefore we doe Adjudge them to be Settled thers
These are therefore in her Maties. Name to Require
You Some or one of You Upon Sight hereof to remove
& convey the Said four children from the Said
Pish of St. Sepulcers wthout in the Said County to the
Pish of Cheshunt in the County of Hartford & deliver
them to the Churchwardens & Overseers of the [..]
or to Some or one of them who are hereby required
them to receive & provide for According to Law
