The humble Peticon and Appeale of the
Churchwardens and Ovseers of the poor of
the Parish of Chesham in the County of Bucks

Sheweth


That by Ordr. Dated the 25th day of June 1711 Under [..]
hands & Seales of Richard Milner< no role > and John Milner< no role > This name instance is in set 4214. Esqr
Two of her Maties Justices of the Peace for the Said County of
Middx (Quar Unus) James Palmer< no role > Aged neer Fourteen
Yeares and Henry Palmer< no role > aged Eleaven Yeares Children
of James Palmer were lately removed from the parish
of St. Giles in the Feilds in this County to the Said Parish of
Chesham as the Place of the last Legall Settlement
of the Said James Palmer and Henry Palmer

That yor. Petrs. find themselves Aggreived by the Said
Order of the Said Two Justices of the Peace and Appeale
against the Same

Yor. Petrs. therefore Pray that this
Crt. will Order a day in this Sessions
for all Parties to Attend and to heare &
Abide the Judgemt. & Determinacon
of this Court touching the Sd Appeale.
