be held for the same County by adjornmt. on Tuesday third
day of July next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to heares
& abide their Judgmt. & determinacon [..] touching
the sd. appeales, And It is further Ordered by this Court
that in case the sd appeale be allowed the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish of st. Sepulcres shall
pay unto the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the sd. parish of Cheshmt to some or one of them the costs of maintaining the sd.
