The Informacon of Eliz: Stephens< no role > taken upon Oath
before me one of her Majties. Justices of the peace
for the said County the 23d. day of October Anno
Din 1709 .

Who Saith upon the Oath That yesterday being ye. 22d. of
October instant about 9 of the Clock in the Evening of the
Same day She this Informt. hearing that Robert Shootwell< no role >
this Deponts. Neigbour was Robd She went wth. an officr.
& other psons to Search for the Goods that weer Stolen
& Saith that in [..] Jennings rents in Church Lane She
Saw Elizabeth Bellingham< no role > comeing out of her own
house wth. A Parcell of Goods in her lap & that she
this Informt. went up to the said Bellingham & Seiz'd
her with the Goods in her lap & call'd to the officer
Saying here is the thiefe & Goods upon wth. the said
Bellingham dropt the Goods out of her Lap before
the officer came to her & saith the officer then charged her
the said Bellingham as his Prisoner & tooke the Goods.
& Saith That Margt. Payne< no role > was then in Bellinghams
house & charged wth. the Said Robery.
