Whereas at the Genl. Sessions of the Peace for
the County of Middx. Held at Hicks Hall in St John
Street in the said County the 8th. day of December in
the 6th year of her Majties Reign there was a Fine
of £10. Sett upon James Roberts< no role > of the Parish of St,
Giles in the Feilds for Deceiving one Michael Cleare< no role >
And Whereas her Majtie has been graciously pleas'd
by Warrt. under her hand bearing date the 7th. of
September last past to Authorise and require one
her Majties Attorney Genl. to Acknowledge Satisfaction
of the Said Debt upon Record

These are therefore to Authorise and require you
upon Sight hereof to Enter the said Acknowledgmt.
accordingly upon the Record where the said Fine is
Sett And to do as Cause to be Done all such other
Matters and things for Discharging of the said
James Robert< no role > out of Custody for the said Fine
And for yor So Doing this shall be yor. Warrt.
Given under any hand this 9th day of Novr.
