the peace for the sd County.

on his Oath saith that by Vertue of A Warrt under
the Hand of & Seale of Sr peter King< no role > Recorder of
London ; he this Depont did Lost might; Search
the Lodgeing of John Long< no role > now present p [..]
Apprehend him who was Charged for A Robbery on ye
Highway, by Mr Wm Cuer< no role > & Mr John Nicoll< no role >
where this Depont found the sd John Long, at his
Lodgeing in phenix Street in Brownes Gardens
in ye parish of St Gyles's in the feilds , in Bed with
Some of His Clothes on, And found in and Took out
of A pair of Breeches Lying upon the sd Bed, An
Ivory Hasted Knife and fork Tip's with Silver now
Produced, And A Silk Coulered Handcrife, upon
at Table in the sd Room, which Mr Wm Cuer hath
made Oath wear part of the Goods that he was Robbed
of upon the Highway on of Ninth Day of Novemr
Last past , And which sd Goods are Left in the
possesion of this Depont.
