The Informacon of Isaac Cooke< no role > of St. Giles in the Feilds in the
said County Victualler taken upon Oath this 21th. day of November
1709 .

This Informt. deposeth That on Friday the 14th. day of October last he this
Informt. was Assaulted Sett upon and robbed in the Queen's high way in or near
a place called the Court of Guard near Grays Inne lane in the said County
by Thomas Laund< no role > are then [..] three men, which three men then and
three Feloniously tooke away and Stole from this Informt. a Silver watch of
the Value of Seven pounds One Steel snuff box Value ten Shillings, abt Fifteen
Shillings in money and diperse other goods, the goods and money of this
Informt. And this Informt. doth Suspect Thomas Saunders< no role > Henry Ront< no role > and
Thomas Evans< no role > to bee the said three men that Soe robbed this Informt. as
aforesaid And this Informt. on such Suspicion chargeth them wth. the said
Felony and Robbery
