April 1798.

Mr.. Burchell stated to Court that his
Securities for the Office of County Treasurer were
both Dead and having proposed William Bleamire
Esquire and George Brooks< no role > Esquire to become his Sureties

Resolved That a Bond be taken in the Names
of Mr.. Burchell, Mr.. Bleamire and Mr.. Brooks and
that upon the Execution thereof the former Bond be
delivered up to be Cancelled.

By adjournment same Day.

Resolved That the Expences incurred in
the House of Correction on Account of Vagrants for
the Year 1797. be laid before the Court at the next
Session

By adjournment same Day.

The following Report of the Committee appoin-
-ted to Examine and Audit from time to time the
Account or Accounts of the Treasurer of this County as
well with Respect to his Receipts as his Expenditures
and also to Examine and Audit all Demands of
what nature or kind soever made on this County
previous to the payment thereof, being laid before the
Court and Read Vizt.

To His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Session of the peace holden for the said County in the
Month of April 1798. Assembled.

The Report of the Committee appoint [..]
