"A Motion was then made and Seconded
"That Timothy Smith< no role > of Red Lion Street Clerkenwell
"Oilman be Nominated as a fit Person to the next
"General Quarter Session of the peace to serve the Office of
"High Constable for the said Division for Three Years
"next ensuing and upon the Question being put there
"appeared to be Four Magistrates in favor of the Motion

"Whereupon It was Resolved and
"Ordered That the abovenamed Timothy Smith< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.
"be and he is hereby Nominated and Recommended
"to the said Sessions to be appointed High Constable
"of Finsbury Division for Three Years now next
"ensuing

John Brettell< no role > , Chairman.

It was Moved and Seconded That the Nomina
-tion of the Magistrates of Finsbury Division be received
and Confirmed and That Timothy Smith< no role > be
Elected High Constable of the said Division for Three
Years now next ensuing upon the Question being
put there appeared 17. for and 18. against it

A Motion was made that Samuel
Bridgman be appointed High Constable of
Finsbury Division for Three Years now next
ensuing upon the Question being put there
appeared for the Motion 18. against it 16.

By adjournment same Day.

The following Report of the Committee appointed
to Examine and audit from time to time the Account or
Accounts of the Treasurer of this County as well with
Respect to his Receipts as his Expenditures and Also to
Examine and Audit all Demands of what nature or
kind soever made on this County previous to the
payment thereof being laid before the Court and Read
Vizt.
