without the concurrence of the Court have thought it fit to
postpone the consideration of the same until they shall receive
the directions of the Court.

Resolved that the said Report be Received and Confirmed
and that the Clerk of the Peace do issue the several Orders upon the
Treasurer of this County for payment of the several Sums therein
mentioned amounting together to the Sum of £1739..4..2¼

By Adjournment same day.

The Sheriff of the County of Middlesex having produced and
shewn to this Court two certain Writs of Execution issuing out of the Court
of Common Pleas at Westminster the one at the Suit of Joseph Hamblin< no role >
and the other at the Suit of John Kerr< no role > , whereby the said Sheriff is
commanded that of the Goods and Chattels of the Inhabitants of the
Hundred of Ossulston in his County he caused to be levied the Sum of
Ninety seven Pounds Ten Shillings which Joseph Hamblin< no role > in the
said Court before the Justices at Westminster recovered against
Richard Monkhouse< no role > and Thomas Dearing< no role > two of the Inhabitants of
the said Hundred and also the Sum of Ninety five Pounds Ten
Shillings which John Kerr< no role > in the said Court recovered against the
said Richard Monkhouse< no role > and Thomas Dearing< no role > for their Damages
which they had sustained by occasion of a certain Trespass and Riot
done to the said Joseph Hamblin< no role > and John Kerr< no role > and whereof the said
Richard Monkhouse< no role > and Thomas Dearing< no role > were Convicted and due
proof upon Oath being made before this Court that the just and
necessary Expences which the said Richard Monkhouse< no role > and Thomas
Dearing
< no role > as Inhabitants of the said Hundred have been at in
defending the said Actions have been Taxed by the proper Officer of the
said Court and amounts to the Sum of Seventeen Pounds and Twelve
Shillings And this Court being of Opinion that to Assess and Tax
rateably and proportionally all and every the Towns Parishes
Villages Hamlets and Places of the said Hundred of Ossulston
