That the whole of these Demands amount to the Sum of
£1739..4s..2¼d and the Charges in the said several Bills and
Demands appearing to your Committee to be just and true It is their
Opinion that the same ought forthwith to be paid.

And it appearing to your Committee that several Bills relative to
the House of Correction not having been ordered in the usual manner
by the Court and the Committee not thinking themselves justified in
passing the Bills for Articles ordered by the visiting Magistrates
