To take down and cut away the old fronts, Floors &
Roof and rebuild and make good the same to two
House now in the respective Occupations of Mr Ashley
& Mr Allen will amount to Ninety five Pounds}£95..-..-

On Mr T. Harris's Estate

To take down and rebuild the Bakehouse Etc now in
the Occupation of Mr. William Makepeace< no role > baker, will

The Purchase of Two slips of Ground taken out of the
