present Majesty for the better regulation of Buildings and Party Walls well and
truly observed during the pleasure of the Court pursuant to the said Act which
being agreed to Resolved that the said James Plumridge< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. is duly Elected
Surveyor or Supervisor of the said District under the said Act of Parliament and
then the said James Plumridge< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. was called in and acquainted with his Election
and took the oath directed by the said Act for the true and impartial execution
of the said Office.

By Adjournment same day.

The Revd. Dr. Glasse reported that the New House of Correction
was ready for the reception of Prisoners. And a Letter written by a Mr.
Raikes being laid before the Court and read: It was Moved Seconded
and Ordered that the Rules and Regulations delivered into Court last
Session and resumed this day be referred to the reconsideration of the Commee
for establishing such Rules and that this Committee be requested to lay
before the Court on the County day of the next Session the result of their further
deliberations on the best means of regulating and governing the New House
of Correction.
