Impowered, in case of and immediately upon the Death of the
said James Elmore< no role > (provided the same shall happen before the
next General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for this County
to appoint a proper to Act as Keeper and to take charge &
the said person and the Prisoners therein then being, or who may
be thereto committed, until a proper Keeper of the said prison
shall be duly appointed by his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
this County in theSession of the Peace Assembled
