of the Consequence of Neglect in the Premises'

Now upon further Consideration of the Premises
Ordered that the said Order be and the same is hereby confirmed
and made a standing order of this Court And it is further Ordered
that a Copy of the said Order be by the Clerk of the Peace trans [..]
to his Majestys Justices of the peace acting in and for this County
that a Copy thereof be also delivered to his Majestys Justices assign [..]
deliver the Goal of Newgate of the Prisoners therein being at there
next Session

A Petition from Mr Rogers praying an allowance by way of
Commission after the Rate of £3 P Cent on several Sums of Money said
in Casual Repairs at New Prison Clerkenwell Bridewell and [..]
and also praying the payment of a demand for some plans for alt [..]
designed for the Enlargement of Clerkenwell Bridewell and for the
Custody and Employment of the Convicts Committed there amounting
the whole to £41..1..9 being presented to the Court Ordered [..]
Consideration thereof be postponed until the County day of the next [..]
of the peace to be holden for this County

It is Ordered that One Thousand Copies of the order [..]
the General Quarter Session of the peace held for this County in the month of
April 1777 for the descent and Religious observance of the approaching [..]
day be Printed and properly distributed throughout this County

It being represented to the Court that the Prisoners confined in the
Prison and at the House of Correction at Clerkenwell were very much [..]
distress for want of Coals during this very inclement weather may
Charitable donations of that kind which heretofore had been received
at the Goals about this Season of the Year not having been received [..]
this Winter It is Ordered that Two Chaldron of Coals before the [..]
purchased for the use of the said poor Prisoners that on Chaldran [..]
delivered at each Prison and that the Respected Keeper's thereof [..]
