By adjournment Thursday 22d October

It having been represented to this Court that Thomas Hurford< no role >
Gentleman High Constable of that Division of the Hundred of Ossulston
within this County called Finsbury Division had been in the said office
for Three Years and Upwards and several of His Majestys Justices of the
peace for this County Residing and Acting in the said Division being now
here present and having recommended it to the Court to continue the
said Thomas Hurford< no role > in the office of High Constable for the said Division
as well on Account of his good behaviour in his Office as his knowledge
of the Duties thereof This Court doth hereby Continue and appoint the
said Thomas Hurford< no role > Gentleman High Constable within the said
Division of the said Hundred of Ossulston called Finsbury Division

By adjournment same Day

Whereas application being made unto this Court by Henry
Marsh
< no role > one of the High Constables of the Hundred of Spelthorne requesting
to be discharged from his said Office having served in the same upwards
of One Year and this Court being satisfied in the premises and William
Piper
< no role > of Hampton in the said County Gentleman being recommended
by two of his Majestys Justices of the peace for this County residing
and acting in the said Hundred as a fit and proper person to Serve
the said Office This Court doth hereby appoint the said William
Piper
< no role > to be one of the High Constables within the Hundred of Spelthorne
in the place and stead of the said Henry Marsh< no role > and the said
William piper< no role > being present here in his own proper person in open
Court took his Oath for the due Execution of the said Office And the
Henry Marsh< no role > is hereby absolutely discharged from his said Offices

By adjournment same Day

Whereas application being made unto this Court by William
Crowley
< no role > one of the High Constables of the Hundred of Spelthorne requesting to
be discharged from his said Office having served in the same upwards of [..]
Year and this Court being satisfied in the premises and John Goring< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. of Stains
in the said County Gentleman being Recommended by two of his Majestys
Justices of the peace for this County residing and acting in the said Hundred as
a fit and proper person to Serve the said Office This Court doth hereby
appoint the said John Goring< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. to be one of the High Constables within the
Hundred of Spelthorne in the place and stead of the said William Crowley< no role >
and the said John Goring< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. being present here in his non proper person
in Open Court took his Oath for the due Execution of the said Office
And the said William Crowley< no role > is hereby absolutely discharged from his
Office
