Durden Esquires Justices of the peace for the said County of
Middlesex or any three of them be and they are hereby appointed
a Committee to Examine the said Bill and the several Charges
therein and to Consider out of what fund belonging to the said Justi [..]
the same can be paid and and Report their Opinion thereof to the [..]
on the County day of the next Session and the said Committee are
hereby empowered to call for persons papers and Vouchers [..]
it is further Ordered that the said Committee do meet for the first [..]

person to be returned to the Session for the purpose
of his being Sworn into the office of High Constable
