in a more convenient Situation and to keep the same in repair
and for applying the sum of Eleven Thousand pounds (to be
borrowed upon the Credit of the Surplusses of a certain fund
commonly called the Orphans fund) towards defraying the Expence
of building the said Session house to empower the Commissioners
therein named to pave the Seite of the present Session house after
the said Session house shall have been taken down or to allow the
Commissioners for paving the Commissioners for paving Repairing
Cleansing Draining Lighting and Watching that part of the parish
of Saint Sepulchre that is in the County of Middlesex and for
removing Obstructions and Annoyances therefrom and for making
the Communication between Charter House Square and Saint John
Street through Charter House Lane more convenient a certain
Sum of Money for the like purpose not Exceeding £300 and the
Question being put the same was carried in the negative

Whereupon it was moved that a provision be
made in the Bill now depending in parliament for Authorizing the
Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex to Sell the present Session
house for the said County and for enabling them to build another Session
house in a more convenient Situation and to keep the same in repair
and for applying the Sum of Eleven Thousand pounds (to be borrowed
upon the Credit of the Surplusses of a certain fund commonly called
the Orphans fund) towards defraying the Expence of building the said
Session house to empower the Commissioners therein named to pave
the Seite of the present Session house after the said Session house shall
have been taken down or to allow the Commissioners for paving the
Commissioners for paving Repairing Cleansing Draining Lighting
and Watching that part of the parish of Saint Sepulchre that is in
the County of Middlesex and for removing Obstructions and annoyances
therefrom and for making the Communication between Charter
House Square and Saint John Street through Charter House
Lane more Convenient a certain Sum of Money for the like purpose
not Exceeding £200 and Question being put the same passed in the
affrimative
