His Majestys Justices of the peace for the County on this present
Session of the Peace assembled do unanimously reelect Sir John
Hawkins

Sessions of the Peace for this County for and during the half year
now next ensuing

No Fine set by the Court
for non attendance on
or other Contempt of the Ct. to
be spaced unless with the Cons
of a Majority of there coned
in imposing the same.}

Ordered that if any fine shall be set or imposed by
this Court on any person for non Attendance or other Cont [..]
of this Court the same shall not afterwards be remitted or lessened
upon any Motion for that purpose unless the Majority of the
Justice's who imposed such fine shall be present and consent [..]
to the said Motion

For Mr. Benson's closer
attendance on the Ct.}

This Court having observed that [..] Mr. Benson who
allowed to attend this Court for the Sheriff of this County hath
late been very negligent in his Duty It is ordered that the Cha [..]
do inform Mr. Benson that this Court do expect he will give
Close attendance on this Court in such way as is the duty of
Sheriff of this County to do Whereupon Mr. Benson was
called in and the Chairman having acquainted him with
sence of this Court Mr. Benson expressed much sorrow [..]
he should have given Cause for so heavy a charge and prom [..]
that the Court should have no reason in future for Compla [..]
of the like kind

This Court being informed that the Commissioner
for paving Westminster have in Contemplation the obtaining
Act of Parliament in which they mean to insert a Clause wh [..]
that will divest his Majestys Justices of the peace for this Court
and the City and Liberty of Westminster of their Interest in [..]
Saint James's Haymarket It is Ordered that Mr. Eyle sd [..]
immediately apply to Edward Barwell< no role > Esquire of the House
Commons to desire him to transmit to Mr. Eyles the Earliest
account of any attempt that shall be made in the House of
Commons which may affect the said Haymarket

By adjournment on Thursday the 28d. [..]

Mr. Eyles reported that he had in Consequence of
Order of this Court of the 20th Instant waited upon Mr. Bar [..]
of the House of Commons and had retained him agreeable
the said Order
