Which said Report being read This Court doth approve of & agree to the said
Report and doth ratify and confirm that part of the same which respects
the Repairs and alterations necessary to be made in the present Building

Mr Eyles & Mr Rogers to whom it was refered on the County day of
September Session last to view the State and condition of the Quarters
Workhouse having at the last Session of the Peace holden for this County
laid before the Court a Report concerning the same the consideration of which
said Report was then adjourned to this present Session. Now it is ordered
that the Consideration of the said Report be further postponed to the County
day of the next Session.

It is ordered that the consideration of the legality of the public performance
of Music at New Turnbridge Wells Which stood adjourned at the last
Session be and the same is hereby further adjourned to the County day of
the next Session

The Proposal of Mr Edward Hall< no role > Governour of the House of Correction
with respect to the keeping those persons constantly at Work who are
committed to his Prison to hard Labour adjourned to the present Session
It is Now ordered that the consideration thereof be and the same
is hereby further Postponed until the County day of the next Session.

At this Present General Session of the Peace of our Lord
the King holden at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the ninth day of
December in the fourteenth Year of his present Majesty Before Sir John.
